I haven't used this Chippy for years and years but the food was just as good as I remember it.
Haddock beautifully cooked, chips just as I like them. Although we live north of Halton village the food was worth the drive and we will definitely visit again

This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. We both had scampi and chips. The service was good and food excellent We will definitely be returning.

Stopped for fish and chips and the fish was cooked freshly and we mouth watering. Clearly a popular place judging by the people coming in but service was very efficient.

Always a good sign a big queue but worth the wait wonderful crispy fish freshly cooked chips even no neon-coloured mushy peas.

The fish is spectacular, chips brilliant and service first class. The best in the land by a mile.

Excellent little take-away chippy. The portions were plentiful and the fries hot and tasty. Overall it was quite good and of course quite inexpensive.

We are lucky to live in close vicinity to this chippy… so it is often used when we’ve not been organised with tea or just want a easy treat tea…
Never had a bad experience from here so go back time and time again. Staff are lovely and friendly too!

Me and my colleagues went for our dinner this afternoon, the fish and chips were incredible along side the new deep fried halloumi! Would recommend 100% for people to try and will be visiting again in the near future!

Having seen the Packet Bridge fish and chip shop whilst dog walking, we decided to give it a try when a friend came up to visit. We got food and took it to the shore. I had a fish cake (homemade and delicious), and everyone else had fish and chips. We all agreed that this was the best food from a ‘chippy’ we had ever eaten. To check it wasn’t a fluke, we got them for the family and my mum tonight for tea. They were better than the first time! I had cod and chips and both were excellent. The chips were delicious, the fish tasty and flaky and the batter was delicious and stayed crispy. We are all so impressed. We’ve tried a lot of fish and chip shops over the years and I agree with my husband that these are the best i’ve ever eaten. The packaging is cardboard and recyclable too, which is important. We will be going back.
